WHERE DO I PARK?
There are limited parking spaces (including 1 Accessible Space) in our driveway on the right side of our building. To avoid anyone being blocked in, we encourage clients to utilize Free Public Parking on Hamilton Road. Please do not park in neighbouring lots.
what is your atmosphere like?
We take great pride in being a serene and neutral environment where everyone can feel comfortable and relaxed. We ask that you keep your cell phones off or on silent while inside the clinic and during services to prevent the disruption of services for yourself and others. As a courtesy to our other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation while in the clinic.
what payments do you accept?
We accept e-transfers, debit and all major credit cards. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
do you accept walk-ins?
We operate "By Appointment Only" as our providers have varying schedules and availability. You can book an appointment by CALL/TEXT to 226-386-7250 or by emailing us here.
what is your cancellation or no show policy?
In the event you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we do require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or modification. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% fee of your scheduled appointment will be charged. We understand that some circumstances do occur, but please notify us as soon as possible.
what if i arrive late for my appointment?
If you arrive late for your appointment time, you will be treated for the remaining allocated time. However, you will be billed for the full appointment time booked.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our skincare products, returns or refunds are only permitted for defective or damaged items. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Services rendered are non-refundable, however adjustments or follow-ups may be offered at the provider's discretion.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR CHILDREN?
We love children and they are welcome to be booked for osteopathy treatments. For adult appointments, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment for the safety and well-being of everyone. If you are unable to make childcare arrangements, please consider rescheduling your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and professional atmosphere at our clinic.
